You''ll carry out general cleaning, basic maintenance, and health and safety checks while providing a helpful and approachable presence for residents.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, can manage their tasks independently, and values being part of a supportive, community-focused organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain communal areas, bin stores, walkways, and outdoor spaces.Carry out basic maintenance and minor repairs such as painting, replacing fixtures, and signage.Report repairs and health and safety issues promptly to the relevant teams.Support contractors and residents on site when required.Lock/unlock premises and ensure estate security procedures are followed.Maintain high standards of presentation and uphold a positive image of the estate.Key SkillsExcellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.Strong practical skills in cleaning and minor maintenance.Good understanding of h
