solicitor (5+ PQE)

to join their

expanding Real Estate Finance practice

in London as a

Senior Associate .You will be a

lender/creditor-side real estate finance solicitor

with a strong background in drafting and negotiating

LMA-based real estate facility agreements

(both investment and development) across a broad range of asset classes. Experience working on deals in the UK market is essential, while exposure to European markets will be highly advantageous. Strong deal management skills and the ability to take ownership of transactions are key requirements.This position offers exposure to a wide variety of real estate financing transactions across multiple sectors, spanning both

development and investment work . While the role will predominantly focus on lender-side mandates, the firm is keen to hear from candidates who also have

borrower-side experience

and can readily switch between both perspectives.The successful candidate will be joining a
