This is a key role that ensures the effective upkeep of shared areas, including entrances, corridors, stairwells, lighting, and external grounds. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and inspect communal areas to identify required repairs and maintenance. Raise and manage repair orders with internal teams and external contractors. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. Investigate and respond to complaints and queries related to communal repairs. Work closely with Housing Officers, Compliance teams, and residents to address recurring issues. Maintain accurate records, including inspection reports, contractor communications, and cost tracking. Support health and safety compliance and risk assessments across communal areas. Contribute to planning and delivering cyclical maintenance programs. Essential Requirements: Experience in property maintenance or housing repairs, particularly in communal or shared environments.
