The Royal Marsden is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery Unit (Private Care). The post holder will work cross-site across Sutton and Chelsea sites and will be supervised by the Matron and Lead Nurse. Provision of specialist high quality, expert nursing care and support for patients undergoing plastic surgery and for their carers.Act as a resource for patients and the clinical team by providing comprehensive specialist advice, information, teaching and training within the Royal Marsden and externally.Update own knowledge to promote excellence in advanced clinical practice.Critically appraise evidence-based literature and use this knowledge to lead in-house educational programs, training staff and students.Qualifications
