You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.A little more about your role: As a Protection and Control Engineer, you will design of a range of Technical Protection and Control solutions for EHV substation projects including both AIS and GIS substations at voltages ranging from 11kV to 400kV. You could be based in either our Newcastle, Stockton-on-Tees, Leeds or Manchester offices but you will need the flexibility to travel to UK client offices and sites as required. You will: Produce a comprehensive suite of protection and control system design drawings for 11kV up to and including 132kV systems. Develop new protection solutions to meet the requirement of a future smart grid. Integrate protection and SCADA systems to deliver cost effective design solutions Create all associated Engineering Design calculations and documentation. Support the creation of all necessary Equipment specifications. Visit Sites to assess project requirements.
