What You ll Be Doing As Audit Senior, you ll be instrumental in delivering high-value audit engagements that go beyond compliance. You will: Lead planning, fieldwork and completion of audit assignments for a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to larger SMEs. Manage the audit process end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high technical standard, and aligned with clients commercial needs. Build strong client relationships by understanding their business risks and offering clear, practical recommendations. Provide coaching and technical support to junior team members, helping the team grow and learn. Collaborate across service lines (accounts, tax, advisory) to bring joined-up insight to client engagements. Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology and internal quality
