Salary: £32,500 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri) + alternate Saturday mornings (8:00am – 12:00pm with an afternoon off in lieu)

Rhodium Consulting are working exclusively with a well-established, family-run independent builders’ merchant with branches across Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex. They are excited to welcome a Kitchen Sales Designer to their newly refurbished Studio showroom in Bordon.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering expert advice and inspiration
  • Design stunning, functional kitchens using industry-leading CAD software
  • Present 3D layouts and visualizations that bring your ideas to life for clients
  • Help clients choose the perfect materials, finishes, and fixtures for their dream kitchen
  • Conduct home visits and provide accurate measurements and layout specifications
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Keep up to date with the latest kitchen design trends and product innovations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident, proactive communicator with a customer-first approach
  • Proven sales experience with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Strong design skills and experience using CAD software (e.g., Fusion 20/20, Winner, or similar)
  • Organised multitasker, able to manage several projects at once
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for occasional site visits
