With a workforce of over 1,600 employees and further growth expected, this is a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing.Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will have experience managing high-volume, multi-frequency payrolls and be confident navigating complex pay structures. You''ll also provide administrative support to the HR team and be a go-to person for payroll-related queries. Key Responsibilities Payroll ProcessingDeliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly payrolls for two company entitiesProcess a variety of payments, including overtime, bonuses, and other adjustmentsMaintain payroll records, managing employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, pay changes)Payroll Queries and ComplianceServe as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and managersResolve discrepancies involving tax, benefits, or pension contributionsEnsure payroll processes remain compliant with current legislationSupport audits and maintain up-to-date documentationHR Administrative SupportProcess onboarding and exit paperwork
