What you''ll be doing:Running a full 360 desk: sourcing, placing, and managing client relationshipsDriving business development and building long-term partnershipsWorking with autonomy, backed by a supportive, high-energy team What we''re looking for:Agency experience in a 360 roleStrong BD skills and a proactive, results-driven mindsetSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment With a starting salary of c 28-32K depending on your experience, as a Recruitment Consultant you can expect to achieve a further 5-10K in your first year with commission although it is uncapped!
