MandE SITE SUPERVISORRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated MandE Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical services on a major project in Braintree, Essex. The development comprises three new-build warehouse units. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery throughout the construction processKey ResponsibilitiesManage site inductions and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with risk assessments and method statements to maintain a safe working environment. Perform and document equipment safety checks. Deliver daily Toolbox Talks to reinforce health and safety standards. Monitor progress against the project programme and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all works comply with contract drawings and specifications. Conduct and record quality inspections of installations. Provide regular progress reports to MandE Contracts Managers. Maintain effective daily communication with the main contractorEssential QualificationsProven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. CSCS Gold Card or higher. Telehandler license. Experience in using Dalux system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience on commercial projects.
