As Site Manager, you''ll be responsible for supervising and managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality remediation projects. This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to Health and Safety.Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety, environmental, and quality standardsCarry out site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talksManage equipment, plant, and material deliveriesBuild strong working relationships with clients and subcontractorsTrack progress and maintain accurate site documentationShare technical knowledge and best practices with the wider teamBe flexible with travel - staying away from home most of the week (occasional Sunday night travel, early Friday finishes)What We''re Looking For
5-8 years'' experience in remediation or enabling works (10+ for Senior Site Manager)Relevant NVQ/CandG qualification desirableHealth and Safety training (SSSTS/SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness) - or willingness to obtainCSCS card (preferred)Strong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised, with the ability to manage tight deadlinesIT literate and confident preparing accurate reports/documentsWillingness to travel throughout the UKFull UK driving licenceIf this sounds like the role for you, Apply Now.
