The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans and strategies
• Support pupils in managing emotions, social interactions, and engagement in learning
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to promote consistency and positive outcomes
• Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH, Autism, or challenging behaviour
• Is calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
• Can build positive relationships and motivate pupils effectively
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
