An experienced Residential New Build Site Manager is required immediately for aan ongoing new build development in the Blackpool Area.

The development is 30 Unit's in Various Build Stages and the role will require someone with previos NHBC Experience.

There is an In house Assistant Site Manager on Site.

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and preferably Scaffold Inspection Cert Required.
