On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team. In this role you will oversee the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring financial reporting is accurate, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership and people management skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles. You will be responsible for leading the Finance Team, ensuring that all financial activities, records and transactions are completed accurately and on time. This will include daily, month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting. Lead the Finance team, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and development. Drive continuous improvement in operational systems and practices through strong leadership.
