Shift Pattern:4 days on / 4 days offDay shift: 07:00 - 19:00Role SummaryRespond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks within the team.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within agreed timescales.Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair requirements.Conduct site surveys and prepare Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for planned works.Carry out repairs to floor and wall coverings.Perform ceiling tile repairs and replacements.Undertake general building and installation works as required.Responsible for lighting maintenance, including lamp changes, filter changes on AHUs/FCUs, and basic plumbing tasks.Use PDA systems for work updates and communication.Complete reactive, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) jobs, and minor project works efficiently.Ensure all tasks comply with Health and Safety regulations.Undertake additional reasonable duties as directed by the Technical Services Manager.Experience and QualificationsProven experience in fabric maintenance and carpentry.Background in high-profile work environments.City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry.Valid UK driving licence.Proficient in PC use and digital systems.Strong c
