Deliver audits which are trusted and transparent and provide long-term value to stakeholders. You’ll deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long-term value.Work proactively, manage your own tasks, and collaborate with others; communicate regularly with Senior Managers, Directors and BDO’s Partners.Contribute to business development and manage a portfolio of concurrent audit projects and teams.Qualifications
ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalentSignificant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services to major companies, including listed (full list and AIM) companies and companies with international interests.Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.Managing and developing staff (not only audit teams), i.e. coordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, recruiting etc.Business development experience - able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work.Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework.Seniority level
