Property Manager .Location: Marylebone, London (Central London portfolio of high-end residential properties).Salary and Benefits

Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annumType: Full TimeLocation: Marylebone, LondonResponsibilities

Dealing with day-to-day property management issues as they ariseInspecting vacant properties and reporting back to clientPreparing properties for rental, including arranging furnishingsEnsuring compliance, overseeing snagging, and ensuring properties are in full working orderLiaising with estate agents on lettings and progressing new tenanciesCarrying out regulatory visits and check-ins on vacant propertiesAssisting with Non-Resident Landlord tax returnsManaging contractors and overseeing small refurbishments/maintenance projectsSetting up utilities for vacant and rented propertiesGeneral office administration as requiredAttending networking and marketing events as neededRequirements

A minimum of 1-2 years'' experience in all aspects of residential property managementA general understanding of the London residential property marketAdditional Information
