You''ll focus on shaping a wide range of user journeys to support our products, acquisition and retention, using insights to inform strategy and deliver high-quality, impactful experiences. You''ll collaborate with a variety of local and global teams influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.Some of your responsibilities will include:Support the vision for innovative products and services, aligning with senior functional leadsReviewing and evolving new concepts and ideas against our store expectations and ensuring that our online customer experience is reflected within our retail spaces.Defining new and improved ways of creating a seamless connection between our website, app and our physical space, with relevant digital touch pointsDrive the design vision for new digital experiences using emerging technologies (AI, XR)Champion design thinking and user-centered approaches throughout the innovation processDevelop frameworks and methods for exploring future digital experience opportunitiesThe skills required in order to be successf
