Strengthen product and innovation strategy across all aspects of category and product management, sourcing and commercial.Professionally develop a category from end to end: NPI/NPD, market and competitor analysis, sourcing, product management, pricing and marketing.Work with manufacturers and understand target markets; ideally experience with a business that owns and develops its own products and brands.Qualifications

Successful track record in a similar category management role in a design-led products environment (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, paint, tiles, flooring, home furnishings, contract furniture, trend-driven products).Experience in end-to-end category development, including NPI/NPD, market analysis, sourcing, pricing, and marketing.Understanding of manufacturers and target markets; beneficial to have experience with brands owned by the company rather than third-party distribution.Open to candidates with varying levels of experience if they demonstrate the right attitude and cultural fit.Role details
