Warehouse Operative
Full-time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including some weekends)
 
We''re recruiting for an experienced Picker/Packer to join our clients busy Webshop Fulfilment Team in Droitwich.

About the Role
As a warehouse operative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing a wide range of products with speed and accuracy.
• Ensuring the right items, sets and quantities are selected and packaged correctly.
• Following agreed procedures for labelling and despatch.
• Supporting the wider Warehouse team when needed - unloading deliveries, moving stock, updating inventory systems, and restocking the shopfloor.

• Have proven experience in picking/packing.
• Be accurate, detail-focused, and able to work at pace.
• Have strong numeracy and good IT/administration skills (experience with handheld scanners an advantage).
• Take pride in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Be flexible, a strong team player, and comfortable with manual handling.
