Job Description

Estate Manager - Central London - £55k ( Dependent on Experience )

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a building management company who deal with high end building all across london and they are looking for an Estate manager who can join one of their locations in Central London.

Duties

Oversee daily estate operations: maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and basic security coordinationAct as the main point of contact on-site for residents, contractors, the RTM board, and the managing agentMonitor and liaise on the delivery of services and compliance with managing agentEnsure all statutory health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and building systems are metCoordinate with contractors for both routine and emergency worksMaintain accurate estate records: compliance logs, maintenance schedules, contractor registersParticipate in estate inspections, meetings, and operational planningSupport service transitions and help maintain positive resident engagement

Requirements

Minimum 3 years'' experience within Building/Estate managementProven record in coordinating contractors and managing residential buildingsWorking knowledge of building compliance, health and safety, and facilities operations

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm ( ON SITE )

Salary:

£55k Dependant on Experience
