Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from start to finish Liaise with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure project vision and standards are upheld Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional quality and detail Maintain project timelines, budgets, and health and safety compliance Solve complex build challenges with innovative, detail-driven solutions Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 10 years experience in high-end/luxury residential construction Background working in affluent markets / high end clients.
