The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all ledgers are kept in a neat and organised manner.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging sales and purchase ledgersProcessing sales and purchase invoicesPosting transactions accurately within SageData entry and inputting financial informationCredit control and chasing outstanding paymentsMaintaining accurate accounting recordsGeneral bookkeeping dutiesProviding administrative support to the operations teamInvoice finance experience is essential.RequirementsProven bookkeeping experienceStrong working knowledge of SageExperience with invoice financeExcellent numerical and analytical skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing ledgers and financial postingsReliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyIdeal CandidateYou will be bright, accurate with numbers, and take pride in keeping accounts in excellent order.
