Anderselite are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for a Site manager to be based on site in North Hampshire. The Site Manager will take full responsibility for production functions on security and civil works projects of typical value between andpound;1m-andpound;8m. You will manage them from award through to completion maintaining and maximising quality of service and profitability.andnbsp;

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have:

• A good understanding of general civil engineering works with a strong focus on health and safety
• Sub-contractor management experience including fencing, drainage, ducting and general excavation works
• CSCS card andamp; SMSTS cards
• Adept at on-site management: approval of risk assessments and method statements, problem solving and implementing management systems.
• Excellent communication, people, and team management skills with the ability to motivate others
• Full driving licence
