RPA Solutions Business Analyst is required by a growing IT software company to join their team working on a large scale finance transformation programme. You will be responsible for: Working closely with finance teams to understand and document current workflows, pain points, and dependencies, ensuring a clear foundation for scalable, process driven improvements. Mapping and documenting core finance processes within Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, and Chart of Accounts domains to identify areas suitable for end-to-end automation. Working across countries and teams to support global roll-out. Required experience and skills: Experience of working as an Agile Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects. Strong background in finance process mapping and automation. Global programmes experience will be advantageous. Experience in implementing RPA tools- eg: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar
