We are currently seeking professional Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The Role Our client is a 72F, who requires support with daily living skills, and mobility due to a lower limb amputation. The client lives with her partner, and their two very friendly dogs. She also spends a significant amount of time at her caravan in Sutton-on-Sea. Ideally, the support worker will be able to provide support both at her home and at the caravan. The client is currently highly dependent on her husband for all aspects of her daily living. The aim of the support package is to improve the client''s quality of life, and support her in becoming more independent. The support worker will be required to complete detailed daily logs on ''Log My Care'', and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support and implement therapy goals.
