Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients.Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties: You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completionBuy-to-Let transactions Residential sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Investor portfolio acquisitions Leasehold and freehold mattersConveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience: Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer Has 3-5+ years'' PQE in residential conveyancing Can manage a busy caseload independently Has excellent client care and communication skills Enjoys building long-term client relationships Has a proactive and positive "can-do" attitud
