Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering / Utilities

Our client is a growing civil engineering specialist seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from estimate to final account
• Lead contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Identify and manage commercial risk
• Support and mentor junior commercial staff
• Site visits every 2–3 weeks (travel & accommodation covered)

What You’ll Need

• Proven QS / commercial experience in civil engineering or utilities
• Experience in drainage, water, or infrastructure projects
• Strong contract and cost management skills
• Full UK driving licence
