Hays are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit for an Assistant Property Surveyor on an interim basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse property portfolio and supporting strategic asset management across the region. As an Assistant Property Surveyor, you''ll support the Property Manager and Development Surveyors in delivering the organisation''s Corporate Land and Property Strategy. You''ll be involved in a wide range of property transactions, helping to ensure that assets are managed effectively, income is maximised, and compliance is maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, working across directorates and with external partners to deliver high-quality services.This is a 6-month role, and is paying up to 200 per day.
