With a values-led culture and commitment to equity and well-being, it offers a supportive, flexible environment where people can thrive and grow.DescriptionThe Learning and Development Partner will be: Shaping the Learning Strategy: Working alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement a progressive LandD and OD strategy that aligns with organisational goals and sector regulations, particularly in housing and care. Delivering Regulatory Learning: Designing and delivering training aligned to external standards such as the 2024 Consumer Standards and the 2025 Competence and Conduct Standard to ensure workforce capability and compliance. Driving Organisational Change: Leading initiatives that support culture transformation, values embedding, and high-performance behaviours across the organisation. Building Career Pathways: Developing frameworks for succession planning and internal development, supporting long-term workforce planning and retention.
