Nursery Room Leader

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in the daily life of our junior school and nursery.

We are currently seeking-level three qualified Nursery Room Leaders join our team of Nursery and EYFS staff to provide our girls with an excellent start to their educational journey.- We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with, supporting and developing Nursery and EYFS aged children (2-4), someone who is professional, caring and full of enthusiasm for working within this setting.

Working patterns can vary between the hours of Nursery opening which is 07:30 - 18:00, with shift patterns either starting at 07:30, or finishing at 18:00 and this vacancy is across 3 days (Wednesday to Friday) as part of a job share, for a total of 15 hours per week per role.

The successful Nursery Room Leader candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a commitment to continuing professional development, as well as being efficient and organised. They will be good a communicator who can enthuse and inspire both pupils and colleagues and will have exciting ideas about teaching and learning and the ways in which it can be further developed and encouraged across EYFS.
