Product Compliance Administrator
Location: Loughborough
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.33 per hour

We''re hiring administrators to support our Product Compliance team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in regulatory work with a global science company. You''ll help us manage product data, review supplier documents, and ensure everything meets EU rules on deforestation and compliance.

What You''ll Do

• Check and update product details
• Review documents from suppliers
• Approve customer orders
• Talk to suppliers to get missing info
• Work with other teams
• Upload documents to the EU website
• Enter data into our systems
• Keep track of team progress
• Help with general admin tasks

What You''ll Need

• Some experience in admin, product compliance, or regulatory work
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to manage your time and juggle different tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
