We are currently seeking a Factory Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and production company based near Wickford, Essex. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and growing team.

Position Type:

• Permanent role following a successful 3-month probation period through the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with loading and unloading machinery

• Carrying out basic assembly tasks using hand tools

• Moving materials through various stages of the production process

• Supporting work within the spray bay

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous hands-on or factory/production experience

• Good physical fitness

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn various roles across the site
