You will be instrumental in developing document analysis solutions, automated testing methodologies, and AI-powered audit planning tools that will position RSM UK at the forefront of audit innovation.This role sits at the intersection of technology innovation and business strategy, offering the opportunity to drive transformation that will position RSM at the forefront of digital services.You’ll make an impact by:

Designing and implementing AI solutions for document analysis, transaction analytics, and audit automationEvolving AI governance frameworks and quality assurance processesLeading proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluating emerging AI technologiesCollaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless platform integrationWorking with audit teams to translate business requirements into AI solutionsWhat we are looking for

You will be a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical implementations while managing expectations about what AI can realistically deliver.Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture and implementationStrong knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologiesExperience with Azure AI services or similar cloud AI platformsUnderstanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI principlesExperience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)What we can offer you
