An established construction consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to further push their constant expansion in Manchester.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small, family feel QS team, who are working across a range of projects including leisure and student accommodations.

Day to Day the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need to be hands on, being able to handle pre contract tasks, such as cost plans, to professional standards and to time scales.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / equivalent
• Working towards completing APC diary
• Commutable to Manchester
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• circa 2 Years Quantity Surveying experience
