HR Administrator

Job description:First point of contact for internal staff providing timely query resolution, guidance and interpretation of Company policies.Support and education in company procedures and use of operating systems.Comply with agreed Standard Operating Processes (SOPs); Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators across all Human Resources administration tasks to ensure optimum efficiency, accuracy and service levelsEnd to end management and resolution of client enquiries within an agreed timescale and ensuring client satisfaction.Database administration including maintenance of accurate employee recordsRequired experience and candidate profile:A minimum of 12 months HR administration experience.Happy to work on site 4 days a week.A dynamic, proactive, resilient personality who thrives in a hig pressured environmentConfident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent communication skills - comfortable interacting with employees ranging from operative staff through to head''s of and directors.Studying towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable and supported but is not essential to be considered for this role
