Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services EngineerLocation: Covering the North EastDuration: PermanentSalary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus travel time, overtime and on call allowance We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong building services maintenance background to cover a full time, permanent position.This position will be working for a Facilities company that deal with building services maintenance within commercial sites throughout the North East.The right person for this position will be an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, able to deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown of VRV''s, VRF''s, Splits and Multi''s and Ahu''s.
