As a

Chef de Partie

at the RIU Plaza London Victoria, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes are carried out to the highest standards. With 435 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large breakfast restaurant and a lobby bar.?? What Youll Do

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the assigned section or shift in the kitchenPrepare and cook dishes according to the established recipes and standardsAssist in ingredient procurement, inventory management, and quality controlMonitor stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies need to be replenishedAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper sanitation practices and HACCP guidelinesCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork?? Strong understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standardsTeam player with good communication skillsStrong stock control skills to manage ingredients and minimise waste
