Toolroom Leader Salary: £40,354.20 Toolroom Team Leader Responsibilities:Leading a team of 3x Tool MakersMaintaining CNC and die casting machinery Or similar industrial equipmentSupporting productionContinuous improvement in toolingMaintenance and production of fixturesFault finding in compact machinery and spacesWorking into senior management to help with the running of the tool room Toolroom Team Leader Required Experience:Manual Turning, Milling, Grinding, Bench FittingStripping/Assembling of dies and trimtoolsMaintenance of CNC and die casting machinery or similar equipmentPrevious experience working in a tool room environmentExperience leading a teamStrong communication skills requiredProblem solvingOpen to industries similar - plastic injection moulding etc Toolroom Team Leader Qualifications:Apprentice trained ideally or time servedTool making manual machining skillset/backgroundProven experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment Toolroom Team Leader Package:Competitive Salary £40,354.2026 days holiday Bank HolidaysPM Shift allowance 16% (£2,640 per annum)Attendance Allowance £1000 per yearDeath in servicePension contribution Toolroom Team Leader Shifts: Double Day Shift: 6am 2pm and 2pm 10pm If you like the look of this Toolroom leader role, then click and apply or if you would like further information
