About the role:Within the Technology, Data and Resilience (TDR) team, our focus on Operational Resilience ensures that we support financial services firms in preventing, responding to, recovering from, and learning from disruptions.Our engagements cover essential areas like Business Continuity, third party resilience, non-financial risk management, and resilience technology implementations.

What your days will look like:Driving Fusion Risk Management implementations (and other technology), ensuring the solution aligns with client needs and industry best practices.Collaborating with clients to design, implement, and improve Third Party Resilience and risk management frameworks.Leading projects focused on enhancing Operational Resilience capabilities of financial services firms.Developing and implementing Business Continuity frameworks to integrate with overarching Operational Resilience strategies.Crafting risk assessment and control frameworks that address Non-Financial Risk across client operations.Working alongside PwC and client teams to innovate and integrate new systems and processes, with a particular focus on the use of AI.Supporting client relationship building, including responding to tenders, participating in sales pitches, and securing new engagements.Engaging in market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities relevant to Operational Resilience.Coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing feedback, and fostering their professional growth.Contributing to proposition development activities to enhance team culture and environment.

This role is for you if you have:Extensive experience in Operational Resilience within financial services, focusing on continuity and third party resilience.Proven track record of working on operating model transformations and executing technology implementations (Fusion Risk Management knowledge is desirable).Strong project and programme management skills, including developing project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.Demonstrable expertise in governance, risk and control frameworks, and non-financial risk mitigation.Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to draft detailed reports and deliver engaging presentations.Adaptability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
