Project Manager

Cash Converters UK is growing its retail network and seeks an experience person to Manage Projects. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of new store openings, major store refurbishments, and other business enhancement projects. The role is office based at our High Wycombe Head Office and will involve a wide variety of projects across all facets of the businessYou will take projects from concept to launch, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards, liaising with all the various Heads of Department to ensure their understanding and compliance to timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver all aspects of new store openings, refurbishments, and other business projects.Coordinate internal stakeholders, external contractors, landlords, and suppliers.Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, budgets, and risk registers.Ensure compliance with health and safety, building regulations, and company standards.Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.Oversee snagging, handover, and post-opening reviews in relation to store openings/refurbishments to capture lessons learned.Qualifications and ExperienceProject Management Certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent would be advantageous.Proven Track Record: At least 3 years delivering projects in retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments.New Store Expertise: Demonstrable
