You will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of home and overseas students learning across pre-degree programmes, providing expert instruction in stitch and realisation techniques, and helping students bring their creative ideas to life. Working closely with course directors and curriculum leaders, academic staff, and fellow technicians, you will deliver specialist technical guidance and teaching to students through demonstrations, coaching sessions, and one-to-one support. You will contribute to feedback and insights into student projects, helping to refine their creative process and develop practical proficiency in stitch and realisation processes. You''ll also take responsibility for maintaining a safe and inspiring technical environment.
