Role Summary: As a CBRE Multi-Skilled Engineer you will utilise your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilising several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreementsEnsure that all relevant e-Logbooks, Service records, and safety documentation is compiled and recorded to ensure that the site is compliant at all timesTake ownership of all sites within your patch, and associated client relationshipsDev
