KeyResponsibilitiesLeadthe planning and execution of age-appropriate activities andcurriculum in your room.Create a safe,stimulating, and inclusive learning environment forchildren.Foster a high-performing team throughsupportive leadership andcollaboration.Oversee the development andwellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked andcommunicated with parents.Take on the role ofKey Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal careneeds of a group of children.Ensure health andsafety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secureenvironment.Required Qualifications:
IdealCandidate:
Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.Passionate about fostering children’sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.Make apositive impact on young learners—apply now!
