We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a casual basis at New Hall Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. New Hall is a historic hotel with a medieval architectural style, dating back to the 13th century. Our spa and health club provides a relaxing oasis, alongside an award-winning restaurant and extensive meetings and events facilities.

OverviewAs a Spa Therapist, you will support the success of your team, deliver exceptional service, and keep the guest at the heart of all activities. You will provide high-quality spa treatments and develop knowledge to confidently recommend positive options to our guests. Mindfulness and well-being are priorities, and you will maintain high standards to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Deliver outstanding spa treatments and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Develop knowledge to confidently recommend treatments and services to guests.

Maintain high standards of mindfulness and well-being, ensuring guests leave feeling refreshed and cared for.

About You

Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5-star hotel spa environment is desirable.

Essential to have current UK spa qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and be confident in performing treatments including facials, massage, nail and foot treatments, and gel nail application.

Passion for delivering outstanding and memorable customer service.

Excellent ability to build rapport with guests, helping them feel at home and creating magical memories.

High emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver a Hand Picked experience.

Professional, organized, and friendly approach with a proactive attitude toward guest care.
