Principal Product Manager

to lead our Core Experience product area. You will own and shape the end-to-end product experience supporting customer insights, prioritization, and roadmaps, ensuring all capabilities are customer-centric.You will drive strategy and execution to stay ahead of competitors. This role involves operating at the forefront of innovation, addressing unique use cases with our software product.Our product is driven by a strong product-led approach, and you''ll work with teams that understand the challenges of simplifying complex products for large enterprises.You will collaborate with global teams and have opportunities to travel to San Francisco, Prague, and other European cities.Your responsibilities

Uncover and develop a deep understanding of customer-centric requirements for modern product organizations.Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap prioritizing key customer-centric capabilities that deliver differentiated value.Lead the ideation and development of new features, leveraging AI and LLMs to provide unique value.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful launches and alignment.Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and best practices.Communicate complex concepts effectively across audiences.Represent modern customer-centric product management practices externally.About you

8+ years in product management, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS.Proficient with product management tools and methodologies like lean, JTBD, agile.Strong understanding of technology and product architecture.Experience with complex, modular, and extensible platforms.Proven track record delivering enterprise products with cross-functional teams.Skilled in user research and customer empathy.Experience with analytics tools to measure success.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior audiences.Proactive, curious, and independent with a passion for problem-solving and impact.Experience mentoring colleagues and influencing across organizations.Background in computer science or related field; a tech-focused MBA is a plus.What’s in it for you?
