In this role you will play a central role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and planning, working closely with the leadership team to drive performance and ensure sound financial management across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll, VAT, tax submissions, invoicing, and debtor/creditor controls Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and trial balances Provide financial analysis to support business strategy and profitability Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards Collaborate across departments to support operational and commercial goals What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a similar management accountant role Strong working knowledge of Xero and payroll systems Confident in producing and presenting financial reports Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive, team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or working towards one What s on Offer Salary of £43k-£
