Sales Ledger + Credit Control Clerk

Part Time and Permanent 12.60 per hour Working Hours: 25 hours / week over 4-5 days (can work around school hours) Hybrid following training Summary: We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established engineering company to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in line with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring efficient account processes and collaborating closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Maintain accurate sales ledger records and ensure invoices are correctly processed Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice or account queries Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required Ideal Candidate Holds an AAT qualification or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Professional, reliable, and accountable in handling financial information This vacancy is being advertised by New Resource Group.
