Senior BMS Service & Small Works Engineer

• By owning small works opportunities from concept through to completion to include preparing quotations and delivering solutions that improve system performance

Salary & Benefits;

• -60,000 - -65,000 (-70,000+OTE)
• 5% Field bonus paid quarterly on quoted small works jobs completed

This Role:

• The position as a senior BMS Engineer combines advanced service engineering with responsibility for identifying, pricing and delivering improvement works
• Working with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the technical face of the business on site
• Own small works opportunities from concept through to completion to include preparing quotations and delivering solutions that improve system performance

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced building management systems engineer (BMS)
• You will have strong experience working on systems such as Trend & Tridium. Qualified / Certified
• Excellent understanding of HVAC Plant, building services and control strategies
• Strong knowledge of protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet
• Excellent ability to service, fault find and repair BMS systems
• Strong customer service skills.
