Your purposeProduce dishes on time and to the expected standard, ensuring that each item that

reaches the pass is correctly garnished and portioned, presented on the prescribed serving dish.Maintain levels of control regarding food hygiene and safety including HACCP at all times.Ensure you produce sufficient mise en place for each service and that any unused items are correctly labelled and stored.Effectively manage stock and ensure that food is kept under
